My broadband is not working

Hey,

 

How long does it takes to get an internet connection? My hub box says 16th of July midnight but we are still waiting.

@Ffff if you line was due to be activated yesterday and you have had a text saying the work is being done but the internet light is not showing a connection give Skyba call as something has nitvgonecto plan. Otherwise check the My Orders section if the My Sky app for information of when your ordercshoukd beccompleted.
