My broadband is meant to be faster on my new contract but so far it is worse and the router’s range

Please can you help us. We upgraded our broadband with yourselves when we renewed our contract and yet it seems much slower... Almost unbearable slow this morning as I have tried to work. Streaming tv and gaming have also slowed for me children. I've run all the checks and they say it's ok. But that is not our experience.

@Malcolm62 When you post on the Forum then you are not talking to sky Customer Service, the Forum is a Customer helps Customer, information needs to be given from you unless you wish sky to deal and that takes a call to them, if you wish to say what happened, ie i moved to a full fibre connection for the upgrade and you sent me the new White skyMax hub etc...
