My broadband is continuously dropping in and out.

My broadband keeps dropping, I mean every couple of minutes.

when I go into setting to check the status it says it's connected to the internet but not my router.

when I call Sky it says there is an issue with my router.

Ive followed all the steps but it keeps dropping.

it's difficult to use MySky as I live in an area where WiFi isn't great.

i need this issue resolved ASAP.

@Nicci9  That is  not your router stats, you have to follow the directions to the end.
