My broadband is constantly offline. I have to use other networks. Disconnecting router and unpluggi
My broadband is continuously offline. I contacted Sky one month ago about this problem. I am disconnecting router on a daily basis. I am having to enter my password constantly on my TV's.
I need an engineer to come in and get this sorted.
I am very disappointed with Sky and am now contemplating leaving you when my contract is up next month.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
If you contacted Sky about this a month ago what have they done or suggested?
