My broadband has stopped working midway through a film and none of my devices are connecting to it. This is not the service I expect for £100 a month! Please resolve ASAP

Find out more@Irogers there are a number of similar reports around the same time which indicates something is broken if the connection is still down this morning and the My Sky app connection test run over a mobile connection doesnt tell you therevis a known fault contact Sky to report it.
