Find out more@99Lee run the connection test in the My Sky app which will show the speed to your hub for the last 14 days and if these results are below the guaranteed speed it should offer to book an engineer to check the line. This page explains how the speed guarantee works https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-fibre-speed-guarantee
Speeds measured on devices can be misleading especially over wifi but a reduction of 80% sounds like a line issue which currently arecquite common due to the recent lousy weather.

Speed check in Sky app shows it's running at 18.3 Mbps this morning. Guarantee is 47 Mbps. 🤷🏼♂️

Also. The speed check I the Sky Service checker stopped measuring speed on 12th April so seems to have stopped tracking as the speed dropped. Not good.
