My broadband had been off for around 3 hrs today it came back on then has gone off again . I have used broadband checker which says everything is ok but is clearly not. I've reset and switched off then on again the router which has not solved the issue

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DavidAJ1972 The checker shows historical data. If you click on the broadband button to run an updated test it should give you further information.
