My broadband on my sky glass TV keeps cutting out, I have done everything that has been suggested, it's doing it all the time now if tv is on for a length of time, my routa seems to be losing a green dot. Don't know what to do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Angie671 if the internet light on your Sky hub is amber or off there is an issue with your line which you need to report to Sky. If the weather is as bad in your area as where I am its probably down to the rain. You can run the connection test in the My Sky app which may tell you there is a known fault but otherwise give Sky a call.
