My sky broadband is very poor, I work from home regularly so getting speeds of 4mpm for upload through the day are atrocious. Sky claim that the speed is 11.4 daily but that is when tested at 4am in the morning when no one is using it (sneaky marketing). I have been with sky for over 20 years (don't know why? ) and have tried a new broadband router lately and it still has not improved. As well as the speeds our broadband drops out every evening for about 30 mins to 1 hour which is also really annoying. Come on Sky help me try and resolve this and prove you are not the worst broadband provider in the uk.
