My broadband continues to loose connection at the hub.

I was preparing to cancel my broadband subscription to change to EE but Sky convinced me to stay. I cancelled the order with EE and the technicians installation. Now one day after the cancelled installation appointment my wifi connection drops nearly every 10 mins. I do not know why it keeps dropping but I am starting to regret my decision to stay. Please help stabilize my internet access.
