My broadband box is faulty suddenly the intetnet went off i recconected it the internet is on amber

My broadband not working properly the Internet is not working it went off by itself I reconnected it won't work also un plugged and put it back on it won't work internet nand wi fi on amber.

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
