My broadband and WiFi aren't working

My broadband and WiFi haven't been working today. The hub has all green lights. Ive tried disconnecting and reconnecting all cables into smart hub/router. Neither my TV or phone is able to connect.

I don't know if you have tried this but have you tried rebooting your hub at the mains, leave it off for 5 minutes before powering it backup and wait a further 3 or 4 minutes for it to finish loading backup.

Hi. Thanks for your message. Ive tried this and still nothing. Interestingly I've just, connected my TV via ethernet directly into the router and I'm able to connect to Internet through he TV.

Still can't connect to WiFi with phone etc. So it must be an issue with the router?
