My bill isn’t due until the end of the month but my Wi-Fi isn’t working. I tried testing my router and broadband and they seem to be fine but there's an orange light where the "internet" and "voice" lights are on my router, but the "power" and "Wi-Fi" ones remain green. What's happening?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@APCJ117 your hub is not connected to the exchange which indicates a line fault. Log onto the My Sky app using a mobile connection if that doesnt indicate there is a known fault call Sky to report the fault.
