My bill has gone up to £43 but I am not getting anything but Broadband
Dear Sky
I have been a sky customer since May 2021 for my broadband. But now, my bill has recently increased to £43 when it used to be £28. I do not want to go through the hassle of changing provider, however, if I cannot negotiate a new deal for my broadband, I will have no choice.
Is there anything Sky can propose to a loyal customer who has been consistent with payments for three years? I only need broadband and fail to see the benefit of remaining with Sky.

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
Discounts for BB/Talk may have recently expired or be ending very soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.
If your discounts have ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
You can either call Sky or use the following link

I'd note that (almost) matches the 'Here's the legal bit' for Ultrafast
Sky Broadband Ultrafast: Available in selected Sky Fibre areas. New Customers Only. All prices include Sky Talk Pay As You Talk (new 18-month minimum term applies). All speeds measured to router (not device). Wi-Fi performance varies by device and home environment. No traffic management policy. See sky.com for more details and our Usage Policies. Sky Broadband Ultrafast: New 18-month min. term. £29 per month (pm) for 18-months (then £43 pm)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
