My apps on my phones won’t load on WiFi

My apps on my phone and my partners phone as well as my sons iPads won't load on WiFi but they load when on 4G internet after we switch WiFi off on the devices .

we are using all our data because we can't use WiFi when we are at home on all of our devices . Sky tv works perfectly fine and the apps on sky tv work fines but our phones even this connected won't load anything we go on unless we come off WiFi .

does anyone have any advice

Try changing (lowering) your broadband shield settings, you can do this via the MySky app or online here:
