My Wifi speed too slow for what i am paying for
I am paying to receive speed at 500MB/s download, but I only receive max 24.28MB/s and during the test I am only the user in the house is using WIFI

@Phingn first point do you mean 24.28MB/s which is 194Mb/s which seems quite good for wifi. Some sites notably Steam quote spedds in MegaBytes per second while network speeds are quoted in Megabits per second there are 8bits in a byte hence the cinvesion.
If your speed is actually 24.28Mb/s that implies slow wifi given wifibspeeds are determined by the layout and type of construction of your home Sky cannot offer the same speed guarantee. Customers who buy the WiFi Max addon get a guarantee of a minimum 25Mb/s in every room

Quite possibly, but that's speed delivered through an ONT and on to the Hub over optical and ethernet cabling, not WiFi beyond it
