I had an issue with my wifi for just over 2 weeks where it wasnt working, I contacted sky and used this platform to get a live chat with a sky employee to help.
Today i recieved a text saying "The issue in your area has now been resolved. If you're still having problems with your service please call us back on 03442 410 515"
As soon as i get home i check the wifi router and it still has the same problem.
any help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RobertJ02 this can happen which is why they are asking you to call so your line can be checked.
