Over the past week my husband and I have noticed that our broadband and Wi-Fi speed has significantly decreased resulting in difficulty in watching our streaming television or apps such as Netflix and Disney+. Someone was supposed to come out and have a look however I got a text saying that it had been sorted. The issue has not been sorted and I wish for someone to come out and fix it.

@Emma2899 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum you will have to call and report the supposed fix has not worked.
