My WiFi regularly drops out and has to be re-set. This is a problem for my wife who requires a reliable connection when working from home. We are having to reset our Hub all the time. This is really frustrating and annoying.
We have a Hub 2 which I suspect is pretty out of date.

Thanks for that - confirmed my suspicions.
The link sends me down the same self help auto-bot rabbit hole and offers me no options to speak with a customer services assistant or even an online assistant.
I have logged a complaint as it's almost impossible to speak with a person about anything at Sky.

When you call say no to is this about your mobile, say no to do you want to receive an sms they'll send it anyway, say no to do you want to hang up and follow the link in the sms.
When asked the nature of you enquiry say something like request new router

Hmmm - it didn't say do you want to hang up - it said, do you want to try this process (or similar) about the self help auto bot. I said no and it just ended the call on me...
Hence the complaint
