My WiFi keeps dropping off and my mini box can't connect

Hi since Christmas my WiFi in the house keeps going off my mini q bow will not connect to the main box and my my Internet on my devices just doesn't work after a few minutes

We are having exactly the same

probem. Had an engineer and a new tv box and no different
