I keep running speed test which vary from 50-70 but the broadband/wifi dips out usually only for 30/40 seconds. I'm using my phones 4g most of the times to access internet due to the broadband being unstable. My brother has just tried on my WiFi and he has the same issue.

I've phoned Sky again and now have an engineer coming out. But have to wait until 4th December - not great that I've heard nothing from Sky or this site, waiting for appointment is like pulling teeth. Very quick to charge your subscription but not quick at fixing problems or replying.
