My WiFi isn’t working the power is green but no ther lights

The power is green and internet flashing orange intermittent no light on the wireless

@Dee14 you hub has lost connection to the line. If a simple reboot by disconnecting the power tomthe hub doesnt work run thecService Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. Thst msy or may not have picked up the issue but it should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If they aren't call them to report it.

I'm on the same boat now. WiFi is flashing green for 30mins or more. What can be done to get it on. Phone is the same as before nothing changed only a power cut for 2 mins

I've had no power cut but got through to someone and they have identified a connection problem and said someone will call me back in 48 hours then she cut me off 🤯
