My WiFi is slow and doesn’t work most evenings. I have contacted sky twice regarding this

I have extremely slow WiFi, particularly in the evenings. I have contacted sky on numerous occasions about this and I am told to just reset the device etc which clearly has not had any impact on the poor signal. The WiFi is not a cheap product and at the moment, I am recieving slow or close to no WiFi every evening. I am left with shows buffering or not actually coming on, constant pausing to buffer and slow internet when using my phone.

@Beck91 sounds like wifi interference which will get worse when your neighbour's are all using tgeir networks. Can you pistsomething about the property you live in - flats are especially bad the smaller the worse and ideally if you have one of the black hubs its connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
