My WiFi is rubbish

Subject: WiFi and Sky Q Box Issues

 

Hi Sky Team,

 

I’m experiencing ongoing issues with my WiFi signal—it’s consistently weak, affecting my connectivity throughout the house. In addition, my Sky Q Box keeps crashing, which is really impacting my experience with the service.

 

Could you please investigate these issues or suggest any solutions that might improve the WiFi signal and resolve the problem with the Sky Q Box?
