@Lucy188 if the TV has connected in the past switch off the power for a few secondsxand allow the Glass to reboot and hopefully it will find the connection. It can help to change the TV's start up and standby setting to allow the TV to remained networked in standby.

@Lucy188  Are you able to connect to all other devices or are they also having problems connecting to your router?
