My WiFi is low speed and also dropping off many times in a day for the past one month. Kindly please
My sky glass is arriving on 30/3/24 . Kindly please replace the existing WiFi box with a new one as I'm experiencing problems with the speed and going off many times in a day for the past two months. Thank you.

Sky will not just replace your router off a forum post or just because you are seeing issues.
