My WiFi is dropping intermittently, but it’s now on a more regular basis i

devices have struggled to maintain constant WiFi, and been dropping to mobile 5G.

some devices cannot drop to 5G and have needed to be 'forgotten' and searched for to even link to the intermittent supply.
I do not live in a massive house with thick walls and have sky Max, so there should be no excuse for the drop.
any suggestions before I look for an alternative provider?

@Nico73r if you have android phones download an app called WiFi Analyzer as that will show you the signal strength of all signals in range with the channel they are using to get uable WiFi you need a signal over -70dBm (note tge minus sign) two signals on thecsame or adjacent channel will interfere. Move round your home you should be able to see if the issue is signal strength or inteference from neighbours' networks. The app also will work on a window's laptop.

check your hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. Beyond tgat you msy need extenders with can comexas part of Sky's WiFi Max package but thesexare not always the best solution in older homes with solid internal walls. Therexare many third party WiFi systems you can buy as modt isp provided solutions have limitations.
