My WiFi has gone down 15-20 minutes ago ? Why
My WiFi has gone down 15-20 minutes ago and will not reconnect to any devices at all , when it does and I try to load a page it immediately uses my own internet usage and disconnects , why ? This has happened on multiple occasions and I have no idea why I pay so much for this incompetency.

@Laura252 los of connection between midnight and 5am is normally due to essential network maintenance work. This work is done overnight to inconvenience the fewest people. No ISP can promise 24/7 connectivity.
