My WiFi does not work for social media apps

I don't know why me an my brother's WiFi is not working well on our phones, we can't use our social media apps and apps such ash WhatsApp with the WiFi, we are forced to use our data for that, if anyone's has a number to call or a solution I'll be waiting.

What hub do you have?

 

Are you both new to sky broadband?

Typically that's because Sky Broadband Shield is still running on its default age setting.
