My WiFi constantly drips off , multiple times a day and is constantly slowing up .

My WiFi connection is constantly dropping. I've rebooted multiple times a day and rebooted connected devices also, when I run tests it says "no issues" but there obviously is . Open reach have been working in the street recently and the issue started then , I tried calling them and they said I had to speak to sky as they said it was a sky issue. I need reliable WiFi for work so need this sorted or I will have to leave sky .

@Jon_c_h first point you buy a domestic connection from Sky the you choose to use thst for work is your business but it gives you zero extra priority. Line issues are not common but happen to every broadband provider indeed as seems likely the issue is with your line if you move to another ISP using the same line the issue moves with you.

Openreach only take fault reports from the public in very linited circumstances normally you have to report through your service provider which here is Sky who will involve Openreach if necessary so call Sky and report the issue.
