My Wi-Fi keeps dropping out and if it doesn’t drop it’s ridiculously slow

No connection at all with PlayStation just keeps dropping out and my search bar on my phone is very slow

Both my broadband and telephone went out overnight.  Tried switching router but still no service.  Watford area.
