My Wi-Fi isn't working and never has I am paying monthly and I have no Internet connection

I have received my Internet Box and set it up but I am not getting any internet

Where are you based as I am having the same issue, the ethernet working but no wifi, tried resetting , on and off , I am in Nuneaton and had my braodnband activted today
