My Wi-Fi isn’t working. The los light is red
The Wi-Fi isn't connecting to any device. The los light on the modem is red

Mine too. I can't get anything. It's really annoying. I'm in Devon, if that makes any difference.

@Random+bloke & @Craigmcd the red LOS light means the ONT is not receiving any signal from the exchange. It is usually caused by a break in the fibre line so requires Openreach to sort. Call Sky to report the fault so they can get Openreach onto each of your cases.
