My TV isn't connecting to the Internet. I've unplugged and turned it off and on twice now

I've unplugged and plugged it back in twice but my TV is saying that there's a problem with my broadband. But when I just checked it on the sky website it days there's nothing wrong with any of my products. My phone is connected to the Internet and the colours on the router are all green but the TV won't connect and as it's sky glas sits not working at all without Internet.
