My Sky struggles for the last two weeks to connect to the wi fi. Need to reset it every 5 - 10 minut

Struggling with my wi fi for the last 3 weeks. Connects for 5 -10 minutes at a time and I need to reset it time and time again. Especially problematic after 2pm on Sundays. Did run test continually but connection to internet via router huge problem
