My Sky connection check is saying everything with our internet and devices is fine but our internet keeps dropping out everyday and I can't do an entire teams call without the internet dropping out and teams telling me I have poor network connection, we also have the wire from the telephone post seems to have come loose from the house since the last storm.

Your router stats suggest your connection hasnt dropped since the router last rebooted which was around 12hrs ago.
When was the last time you noticed a drop and what device was it on?

I was on a teams call all day for a training course on my MacBook Pro and the teams call dropped frequently.

Teams requires a regular connection so any interference with the Wifi signal can causecthe connection to drop. In general terms it is advised to use ethernet for business use as thst is immune from most inteference.
Where you have to use Wifi consider moving closer to the hub or investing in better wifi in your home. Many people are finding the limited Wifi that a single free router their ISP gives them is not sufficent.. Each home poses different challenges so one solution doesnt fit all.
