My Sky broadband says it will be canceled in a week?

So I got an email from sky saying Sorry im leaving? looked on my account and it says my service will end on the 14th feb or something. looked in my sky and it says the same?

@aidympAre you changing providers or maybe someone has put in the wrong address for moving broadband to? Best advice would be to call Sky and enquire to what is going on and if this has not been done by you. They should stop this for you.
