My Sky app does not show latest broadband speed or speed over last 30 days

Hi. I have full fibre gigafast but when I test my broadband speed on the My Sky app the actual speed and the speed over the last 30 days never show. I know I can check my speed in router statistics, but my point is the My Sky app should show this 

 

Can anyone help?

@white-cross  What happens when you run the service checker then hit broadband after that completes its checks you should be able to see the history you are looking for.

@Highlinder   I know that's what should happen, but I'm merely told my speed and connection look good. No specific details at all

@white-cross  This normally shown in the service checker. It used to be that when you ran the broadband test you could see that history. Now you have this extra step.

@white-cross when you get the intial result in the My Sky app saying everything looks good there should be a > symbol on the broadband line click on that and run the full test which should give you the speed history

I really would like a Sky representative to get involved in this discussion 

 

I am still not getting information about my present broadband speed or the speeds over the last 30 days. This is ever since I upgraded to Gigafast. Some people have said not to worry about it if the system seems to be working, but I can't let it rest. My philosophy is simple. If something should work in a particular way, then that's what should happen. I know I can find out my speed in the broadband statistics but that's not the point. The My Sky app. should display this information and it is not doing so

 

I'm sure a Sky representative could solve this issue easily, so please can you help?
