Hi,
Yesterday I found my white Sky WiFi Max Hub has stopped working, there are no lights when plugged in and powered on. No wifi signal or internet using the Ethernet connection. It uses the included USB-C power cable.
I have tried a different power socket but still no luck.
How do I request a replacement unit?
Thank you.

Looks like I can only book an engineer visit which is annoying as I'm at work.
Can Sky not post out a replacement router?
