Hi,
Yesterday I found my white Sky WiFi Max Hub has stopped working, there are no lights when plugged in and powered on. No wifi signal or internet using the Ethernet connection. It uses the included USB-C power cable.
I have tried a different power socket but still no luck.
How do I request a replacement unit?
Thank you.

@Graftway You would need to call Sky, if your phone line is connected to the back of the router you will have to use another means to contact Sky which can be found in the link below under " Need more help " at the bottom of the page.

Re: My Sky WiFi Max Hub has stopped working. No lights.
Looks like I can only book an engineer visit which is annoying as I'm at work.
Can Sky not post out a replacement router?

@Tonicas if your hub has failed call Sky to get it replaced after checking it isnt simply an issue with the mains supply.
