My Sky Max Hub does not appear in the MySky app - Need Sky's help

I know this is a problem experienced by others and the solution appears to be for someone on this forum to escalate the issue to Sky.

 

My Sky Max Hub does not appear in product settings.  Also Sky's "Chat" help does not recogise that I have a broadband account; onlt Talk and streaming TV appear, so I suspect the two issues are related.

 

BTW, I'm new to Sky. My Sky Max Hub was installed on 30th May.

Hi @Gazlar12 

Usually it takes around 48hrs for the settings to appear in the My Sky app after install. However if you say your activation was on the 30th May it should be working by now. I've escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum
