My Sky MaX Pod HF-A21 does not make any difference.
I have been using a Sky Max Pod so as to improve Wi-Fi connection for upstairs.
I have tried 'Priortisation' for some hours, however the connection remains poor. I had EE full fibres before and had no problems with the connection in the same area.
The Pod is plugged in on the landing, and there is not obstructions around it.
Perhaps I should have stayed with EE.
Any suggestions, please?

@TabithaT Straight swap Sky from EE? what did you have EE wise for it's Router/Smart Wireless at the time, NO longer with EE as they tanked the EE Smarthub+ back Feb2024 with a botched and stupid FW update!

Re: My Sky MaX Pod HF-A21 does not make any difference.
I doubt Sky use the HF-A21 module for anything - its over 10 years old, can only do 802.11n and is mainly used in embedded, low traffic devices as its simply a wifi to UART gateway.
Can't see any reason that'd be used in an extender especially not with a "Max" router as the HF-A21 doesn't support WPA3.
Eg - GivEnergy used them as dongles to connect older (obsolete) PV inverters to the internet.

Dear JimM1,
Thank you for your comment.
I am afraid I cannot remember what kind of hub was supplied by EE, but it worked better then.
I suppose I will have to persevere.
Yours sincerely,
TabithaT.

Dear Mr+Slant,
Thank you for your comment.
The Pod was supplied by Sky after reporting about intermittent dipping of Wi-Fi signal in the upstairs.
I do not know how the situation can be rectified.
Yours sincerely,
TabithaT.

@TabithaT Giving up too easily, have you tried moving the pod closer, you do not even mention how far apart you have them! About the hubs and pods links are below at least you can check what you have should be matching with each other! Not sure say what you have!

Dear JimM1,
Thank you for your prompt reply and information.
Those instructions were followed and tried already. However the situation remains the same.
Yours sincerely,
TabithaT.
