My Pcs are saying not connected to internet and offline

Hi both mine & my sons pcs are saying not connected to internet & my company have logged on to my computer and it's saying offline, re booted all green lights on box , I lost a whole days work yesterday and still no connection today

Are other devices connecting to your hub okay?

Are the PCs connected via WiFi or ethernet?

Hi my phone is good tv good sky signals saying all good, all green lights on box, turned off from mains, reset etc, but not connected to our PCs

Okay so it sounds like the PCs are the issue. How are they connected? PLease post your router stats as requested in my previous comment.
