My PS5 isn't connecting to the internet

My PS5 is showing that it's connected to the WiFi but it won't connect to the internet, how do I get around this please?

@THEmaestrO run the network test on the PS5 in the settings menu as thay may tell you the problem. Plenty of trouble shooting info on the internet but assuming other devices are connecting directly there are no settings on Sky hubs that need changing to access the Playstation network so its probably a set up issue on the console.
