My Lenovo T4100 blue screens on connection to sky max router

I have a Lenovo T410 when I try and connect to my home broadband that is using the sky max router it blue screens. 

if I connect to my neighbours router all is fine if I connect to my phone with the laptop all is fine. 

any suggested fixes ?  As sky won't take responsibility and say if your other devices connect it's not our problem.

Try dropping the WiFi security from WPA3 to WPA2 in the MySky app.
