My Internet signal is no longer working. Was watching sky TV then Internet stopped working.

Tried to reset main hub, didn't work. Disconnected the power, Internet cable to reset, that didn't work either. Followed instructions from QR code, that didn't work either

@AARON741 when connection drops in the early morning hours it is quite likely that Sky or Openreach are maintaining equipment.  If that is the case the connection will be back this morning.
