My Internet just keeps buffering only upstairs, but when check Internet all says good so can't watch

My Internet just keeps buffering only upstairs, but when check connection and on sky app all saying OK so now have to sit watch tv down stairs or I have sit through series etc it freezing or cutting off

The Sky app only tests the connection coming into your property so it wouldnt pickup a WiFi issue in the upstairs area of your home. When you say the TV is freezing/buffering are you talking about Sky Q or something else?
