My Internet isn't working properly upstairs.
Some devices won't connect to the Internet and once they do they keep getting logged off . I have received a new booster for upstairs but this is still an issue.

@5claire make surecthe booster is installed halfway bbetween the hub and where you need the boost as itvrequires a decent signal to work, typically that would be near the stairs.

I have placed it in the same position has my last booster which worked perfectly until recently stopped working hence the new one .
Could you tell me if im on the lowest Internet speed please .
