My Internet is not working properly and keeps cutting out

my sky Internet since virgin media has moved into our area has dropped so many times even down to the mobile phone it's not connecting it can't handle PS5's and mobiles that I pay for and I've been with you guys for a long time. This has been a really big pushback as I'm doing homeschooling for my kids online work and it keeps cutting off when we're doing tutoring that I'm paying for

I am having this same issue. I can't play simple games on my phone without it dropping completely and switching to 4g this is completely unfair
