My Epson XP 4150 has stopped connecting to my router
I have an Epson XP-4150 printer and it has stopped working. I cannot connect it to the router and now Epson are telling me I need to enable privacy setting on the router to enable the printer to work again. I do not know how to do this

Re: My Epson XP 4150 has stopped connecting to my router
@bangiron as usual Epson support are using their random excuse generator as there are no such setting on a Sky hub.
It is worth resetting the printer and try adding the connection again. If that doesn't work and you have a PC or laptop connectvthe printer to thst by a USB cable and updates its firmware from Epson's site. If it still wont connect then it coukd beca faulty wifi card innthe orinter.
